The Capyshop software is free to use and is distributed as a Docker image at no cost. You are free to use the software for your own purposes, including running your own online store, subject to the following restrictions:

  • You may NOT sell, resell, or commercially distribute the software or any derivative work. Only Capyshop is authorized to sell the platform as a product or service.
  • You may NOT offer the software as a paid hosted service (SaaS, PaaS, or any managed cloud offering) to third parties.
  • The copyright notice and license must be included in all copies or substantial portions of the software.
  • The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

The full license text is available in the project repository on GitHub. You are welcome to use Capyshop to run your own store, but selling or reselling the platform itself is strictly prohibited.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and all content, materials, and information available on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
